Not reverse taper. Sharkskin cover. Tooling changes c. 1700, "open". After 1700 tooling pattern is triangle-rectangle-triangle. Marshall optics comparable to Campani. Yarwell's not as sharp. Both made microscope as well. Yarwell microscopes are rarer but his telescopes more common.
