This telescope is nearly identical to 03/0178, also by Baillou, but more worn. The inscriptions in French are difficult to make out, but matches the inscriptions on 03/0178 with few variations.

Inscription on the eyepiece:
"On enfoncera ce tuyau jusqu’ a cette marque quand
on faudra observer les astres avec le petit tuyau
garni des deux verres oculaires astronomiques."

Inscription on objective cell:
"Objectif microscopique, et pour les objets de terre dans des journées sombres en raccourcissant la lunette."

This eyepiece inscription says "on faudra" instead of "il faudra" as seen in 03/0178, and the objective cell inscription here says "objets de terre" instead of "objets éloigne’s" as found on 07/0178.
