Cardboard, leather, wood construction. John Marshall (?-1723) was one of the most productive telescope makers in London around 1700 and decorated his telescopes with gold embossing.

Objective tube covered with black leather. Three pasteboard drawtubes with green coloured leather with nice gold tooling, resembling Turner (1966), nos. 23 and 29. Signed at the last ocular tube.
