Stuck inside the wooden case is a description of ‘A Gregorian reflecting telescope as made and sold by John Cuff’. The telescope itself is metal and is approximately 30 inches long and 3 ½ inches in diameter. We can see no signature on it (except the piece of paper stuck to the lid of the case).
